Important Dates and Deadlines

To object to the settlement, you must explain to the Court, in writing, why you object to the terms of the settlement or attorney fee award.

If you timely file your objection, you may ask to speak in Court about the fairness of the settlement or the attorney fee award.

If you do nothing you will receive compensation under the settlement.
